(1) In case of sellers' fault (There was initial defect of products, wrong items were delivered and etc)
We refund 100% of price of the items and returning cost.
(2) In case of buyers' reasons (Buyers told sellers that they didn't want items which was already received or was during delivery.)
We don't accept returned goods in principle.
